"Enjoyed our stay at East Beach Guest House. Very comfortable room and excellent host. Free parking in car park opposite. Very convenient location. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the local area."

"I enjoyed my stay and the staff were great. But I had problems getting shower going and there was no heating on. Both problems were fixed but there could have been more info. Especially as the pub was closed the Sunday evening I arrived so no help available."

"Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap."

"The hosts are very helpful and welcoming, The location is perfect, right on the beach front. The cooked breakfast was delicious and I will definitely be returning on my next trip. I had one of the non sea view rooms, but that does matter as you step out onto the sea. Lovely guest house"

"The property was ideally situated for our needs. The bedroom was quite small but the bathroom spacious. The light above the bed wasn’t working. We reported this on arrival but it wasn’t rectified in spite of an assurance that it would be. No-one came to make up the room or refill the tea/coffee after the first night. We couldn’t get onto the WiFi at all. We also had problems with the heating, which came on for only short periods and couldn’t be adjusted. Could be a very nice place to stay if...
