"Nice brand new building with well equipped apartments. Check-in process is not very straightforward though and we had to contact the company many times for different issues during the process of pre-check-in and check-in. Apartment was not ready at 3pm. Also parking is very expensive and on top of that they want you to remove the car as soon as you check out so you can’t spend the day and collect car later which is a shame and very unusual."

"We had the best holiday at Jo’s flat in Ferring. The location couldn’t have been better - a few steps from the beach - and the neighborhood was quiet. The private parking space was very nice. "My friend and I enjoyed a mini break in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Being so close to the centre of East Wittering was indeed a bonus. There are certainly loads of places to visit, for all age groups, in the vicinity. There are certainly no shortage of eateries close by. All the reviews in the Guest Book are very positive."

"Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."
