A possum came in through the sliding door climbing on the kitchen counter and it was nerve racking to deal with it, I was happy with how sascha messaged so quickly with any information I needed. There were bugs in one of the rooms but overall it was really peaceful,I did hate how my car had to pack a distance away from the accommodation knowing how the driveway was steep. "Successful four days for our family catchup. Stairs to bedroom/bathroom we would not recommend for the 70+. Property ideal for the short and young. Thank goodness for the side door entrance. Even our small foxy fell down while going down and coming up these stairs and refused to use the stairs. No communication made with manager. "Had a wonderful time over new years. The place was over all very elegant, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Loved the air conditioning on the hot summer days. The spa was a treat. Great little airport hotel. Good service&location

"Great shuttle service at 1am. Beds were comfortable. Check in was quick. We were only here for 2 nights. There are some good small restaurants nearby. There's a Countdown and Warehouse about 20 min walk away, the shuttle may be able to drop you off but it was a nice walk. "

"This property was very opulent, grand, and extremely well designed. Staying here made you feel all warm and cozy and the front desk Check in staff did their part to make you feel Lavishly welcome as well. The property featured a whirlpool spa, sauna, as well as a warm swimming pool to relax and exercise in. It also had a fully equipped gym. It also featured a deck for smokers where they can relax. Look at the sky and smoke at their will. The property was also adjacent to a very bustling Casino next-door. There was also a very delicious restaurant inside of the hotel at the base of the hotel. There was also an Asian/Japanese sushi restaurant, as well as a quick bite/get together style restaurant adjacent to the hotel as well. You cannot go wrong picking this hotels to stay when you are in Auckland, New Zealand"
