I was warmly greeted by the staff, who even offered a nice hot cup of coffee. The reception area is large, comfortable, and was playing some great music. It's a fun atmosphere. My room was just what I needed, the floor was quiet, and the next day the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags for a few hours so we could explore the Christmas market before our train. I really enjoyed my stay and hope one day to have the chance to return. "
