Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. "Kitchenette was a surprise bonus - never seen that before, but there were no bowls only plates. Like the separate bunk bed area for the children."

"Superleuk hotel met uitzicht op de Maas. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum en station. Uitstekend ontbijt, leuk casino, goed restaurant en een spa. Parkeerplaats met opladers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ik hoop snel weer terug te komen. "

"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "
