"I really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had a lovely vibe to it. The room had a good ambience with a range of items useful for our stay. There were loads of good food options nearby and the botanical gardens were a must visit for evening and morning walks (Including turtles and goslings). Didn’t get a chance to try the other facilities within the hotel but if they were as good as the rest of the stay, your on to a winner."

Beds are fairly comfortable but nothing spectacular. Staff didn’t acknowledge VIP status and didn’t really say much, for a VIP property I would think they should say something…but that’s me"

Bed comfortable and good size. Busy check in area as in same area as bar so for logistical not well located in hotel. Location of hotel reasonable - taxis can take some time to arrive. Good breakfast buffet selection in spacious dining area. Overall good "

"Good: Lovely rooms, we were even upgraded, and one had a sauna! Attentive staff both at reception and also in the bar and restaurant. Car parking nice and easy which was a concern for me beforehand. The not so good: The room booked for 3 people did not have the sofa bed already made up, nor linen for me to do it myself. The shower tray/screen leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor just inside the door, which was tiled. Hazardous. "
