"Stayed over for 2 nights here, while attending a large family and community event re my brother who died in April. We were very comfortable here, and the cottage is very attractive, obviously historic. It was super-well equipped with everything you'd need. Easy access from the road, close to the Kohukohu village, and a clear view across the harbour in front. Thankyou for having us, we'd come again if the need or opportunity arose. "

"The house is well maintained and has a beautiful view. The property manager was "all business" - but was responsive when help was requested. Only one bedroom was made available - the other bedrooms were locked. (I some times am restless and might have made use of the second bedroom - though in all fairness I didn't raise the issue.)"

"Had a few days in Paihia with the teens for the school holidays. This beautiful home is so close to everything- we just parked our car up and walked everywhere. Many restaurants very close by, beach was a stones throw away, ferry terminal and main shops a leisurely few minutes away. Would definitely stay again."
