"We stayed 2 nights at the Grosvenor for the first and last night of our 14-day cycling holiday. Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Moreover they went out of their way to help us. First by allowing us to store our bike boxes, second by providing us with a bucket to clean our muddy bikes when we returned and third and most importantly helping us to catch our plane on time. "The facility is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is noted that this facility is very remote and “out in the middle of nowhere.” We used it as a base to get to Mt. Cook (~90 minute drive) which worked well for us. Finally the bar/restaurant was very convenient with good food. Recommend the facility for a quiet getaway"
