"I had a gorgeous 4th floor Seaview room which was spacious and clean. My only negative was the lack of housekeeping. "

"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "We come to Lingfield twice a year for leisure. Always enjoy our stay, food is good and staff are excellent. Although this time we were woken up by young women having a good time at 2 am so wasn’t very happy couldn’t get back to sleep. Party goers should be put seedy from people who want to sleep!"
