"It is what it is! Everything was everything and the host was absolutely amazing and prompt. The house served its purpose and more. It was enough space and house to accomodate all guest m. Finally and most of all i loved the kid play roo. Even though no kids were a part of my stay. "

"We went down for a funeral. The house was large enough to accommodate family coming in to visit from different parts of the state. Although they did not stay with us, it was great to have a central location. This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it will always be our home away from Dallas, TX to Minnesota. The location is great, and neighborhood is very quiet. The owner Steve has very good communication skills, he responded and was available upon our request. Steve made a special visit...

"I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. I will caveat that with the temperatures outside being in the negatives. Overall the beds were very comfortable and we had enough space to talk and the kids had...

"The property is as advertised. The only problem was that a couple of household supplies were missing. I did not contact them to rectify. It was somewhat minor so I corrected it myself. Overall a very positive stay."

"The house was spacious enough for our group of 12 adults. Cozy fireplace, hot tub and arcade games were a huge hit! I loved that they had beach towels by the door for hot tubbers. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and lots of board games."

"The Nokomis neighborhood near the Minnehaha parkway is an excellent spot in the cities. The property was simple, clean, and easy to check-in/use. The owner was also easy to communicate with. "

"Wonderful girlfriend’s weekend! The beach is right across the street from the house. Every evening we would grab our lawn chairs and head over to watch it. The beds are comfortable (everyone slept great) The only frustrating thing was the check in process but that’s not the owners fault- we never got the email from VRBO with the check in code so had to reach out to the host to get the info. Besides that- wonderful stay! "

"My family met in Minneapolis for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully renovated; the interesting architectural features are preserved ( updated version of your favorite Great Aunt’s house). It was great to have a space to watch sports and a separate space to watch Christmas movies. The host was accommodating and a clear, concise communicator. I appreciated how well stocked the property was ( no emergency Target runs during the five day stay). Highly recommend this gem!"

"A group of moms got together at this property for a weekend away. The house was exactly what was pictured online and the host was very easy to work with. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Lots of dining space and communal areas to hang out throughout the weekend. Would def book again. "

"We wanted to bring our 3 adult children back to Minneapolis and introduce their new Floridian spouses to Minneapolis and Minnesota winter. Your house was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. The house was cozy with lots of games and things to do. We highly recommend!!"

"This place sure had the cozy vibe going on! Very cute and comfortable little cottage. I felt it had everything we needed for a quick girls weekend in the adorable Northfield town! I even tried some of the sweet tea from Jerusalem (what a fun unexpected treat)!"

"We rented this place over Christmas to see family and it was so cute! Decorated for the holiday season and the photos didn’t do it justice. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. We borrowed a pack and play from our family. Great location and Kelly was super responsive. I love historic homes and this one is beautiful.I wanted to know the history after visiting! "I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"
