"We were traveling with my elderly father and this house was perfect for those needing accessibility: ramp, shower stall hand rails, ADA toilets. Also there was a garage to keep snow off our car. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Comfortable couches and recliner! Also, the beds were very comfortable. "

"The property is as advertised. The only problem was that a couple of household supplies were missing. I did not contact them to rectify. It was somewhat minor so I corrected it myself. Overall a very positive stay."

"For the first time with our large media team, we were able to have a bed for every single person on the team. Loads of space for sleep, as well as hangout time. The rental had everything we needed, from shampoos and bodywash, a plethora of beds and blankets, and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Super easy to get in and out. We appreciate the accommodations!"

"I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

"Overall this is a lovely property, and very comfortable. Unfortunately the first day we were unable to get in due to a malfunctioning lockbox, and were initially told that a locksmith would be unavailable until the following Monday (we arrived on a Friday and were stranded for several hours with a small child and all our luggage.) However, the situation was eventually rectified and we were able to get in that evening. Folks should know that there is a tenant and a cat in the basement apartment-...

"My family met in Minneapolis for Thanksgiving. The house is beautifully renovated; the interesting architectural features are preserved ( updated version of your favorite Great Aunt’s house). It was great to have a space to watch sports and a separate space to watch Christmas movies. The host was accommodating and a clear, concise communicator. I appreciated how well stocked the property was ( no emergency Target runs during the five day stay). Highly recommend this gem!"
