"I love all the woodwork on the first floor (its what made me select the place), but the owner needs to spend some $$ to fix it up, its really looking tired. They also need to put a little more effort into trimming the yard. Its the whole first floor and basement of a large house. There are separate apts above (Not connected other then front entrance) There was some confusion with one of the apt tenets about parking, but they were nice and we easily figured out a solution. All in all I liked...

"Overall, I was happy with the place. The location, the apartment itself ... everything with that was great. The only real issue was the smell. There was a strong and persistent odour, cat pee or some cat related smell, that was very present. It was immediately noticeable when we opened the front door. If it weren't for the smell, the rating would be 5 stars. The owner/manager of the property was accommodating when we notified them of the smell... we weren't sure if it was abnormal or maybe it...
