I gave a 4 for staff and service because we arrived at 3pm for check-in and no one was available to check us in or answering the phone. I communicated that we would be arriving during the check-in time slot. We planned to dash into the park to see the Kilauea eruption upon arrival. Other than that- communication was great during our stay. "
