No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

The appartment was bigger than I expected with plenty of storage and many amenities. The supermarket at Val d' Europe shopping centre was enormous & is worth a visit. "Fabrice is fabulous. We didn’t understand the washer and he straightened it out. It just takes a very long time. Flat is roomy for two. Lots of necessary little items that we are missing in some other places. Elevator is important and was necessary for seniors like us."

"Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!"

"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping.
