"Great place to stay in Villeneuve-les-Avignon! Old school French charm with a great location. The hotel staff was exceptional. Only downsides we're bed (very hard) and breakfast needed more options to merit the extra cost. We will return! "

"Had reservations for 3 nights but this place and experience so wonderful we decided to stay for 5 nights. Our host was incredible- so helpful and always present. The view of the Rhône and near by Avignon from our room was enchanting. We can’t wait to return. "

"Beautiful room, lovely grounds, desk staff and dining servers were amazing--great for dinner. But don't yell at the guests for using a wine glass for a juice glass when you have no other drinkware available. The dining service manager was rude, pushy and she did not hestitate to come over to our table and scold me like I was a child. I'm 60. If I want orange juice, I'll use whatever drinkware is available, and if that's a wine glass, so be it. I'm a guest, not your employee. "
