Summary: Parking and check in logitics are incredibly flawed and the male at the desk was disrespectful and dismissive when this We checked in at approximately 6:30pm on Sept 21. There was no available space at the check in area and we were forced to park on the attached parking lot. There were two hotel vans parked in the spots outside the doors and several small cars were double parked in front of other vehicles. Of note, a red Fiat occupied one space of the minimal check in parking for the duration of our stay. Since the checkin parking was overly occupied (double parked) we parked where hotel access was indicated. There is no elevator. We entered a dark hallway with dirty stairs heading downward. We then went down two levels of the parking lot in open metal stairs with our rolling luggage. If you fear heights this would be very challenging. Once we arrived with our luggage at the bottom of the stairs at the arrival spot we noticed no cars had moved. We then went up a half flight of stairs with our luggage to check in. There was no ramp. When we mentioned the parking situation to the male at the desk he said that we should have used the check in area. When I told him his vehicles had blocked needed parking he said “well you came at a busy time” and walked away from me. I was clearly physically distressed from having to move luggage down three flights of industrial stairs and his lack of professionalism and respect shocked me. The property was 3*. Location=A
