It’s clearly an older building but refurbished. The room is okay. Beds are very comfortable. A drinking water machine is placed outside next to the elevator, which is very good when the tapwater taste metallic. The water pressure is fine, however, the shower is quite slow; it takes a long while to wash off the soap. The location could not be better, when it is right next to the Palace.

Comfortable beds, great location but terrible bathroom. You have to step over a very high frame into the bath to have a shower. The toilet was wedged into a corner and it was impossible to sit properly on it. Wonderful location next to the Palais des Papes and easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Nice hotel overall. Some areas were very nice, some were dingy and needed updating. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, typical European breakfast. Loved the mango juice. Some towels were stained.

Central convenient location, parking underground and attached to the hotel. Close to dozens of restaurants and shopping. Hotel is not new but seems well maintained. The only feedback I would give is to clearly state the parking charge in the listing. They state that the offer a parking discount but it would have been better to know that parking in the city garage is 22eu per night as I would have calculated that and the city tax into the overall charge.

No access to the hotel because of barriers.
Tried to get into the hotel for two hours but was blocked every time by temporary barriers and electronic barriers. It was a nightmare trying to get to the hotel. I abandoned Avignon after two hours of driving various routes. Will never book this hotel ever again. Donal Dowds

Location of hotel is excellent and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room had two beds and the room was very small and awkwardly designed. With 2 people in the room it was difficult to move around.

Amazing location and lovely staff. The building is quite dated and the beds were not very comfortable. The public parking garage is close and convenient, but does require some walking to get to the property. We had a wonderful view. We liked the minifridge and the near blackout curtains.
