"The property was not easy to enter. I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. "The staff on this place was great. They cleaned everyday during our stay. Communication is through mobile and email. Remember this before booking: this is a room with bathroom. No front desk. Both we understood and we didn’t have any problems. Everything was walkable distance. Restaurants, center in Madrid , grocery store you name it. The place was clean. Smells great in the hallway since the washer for the cleaners is by the hall. This street is very busy. If you are a light sleeper this might...
