"Amazing location for such a large city by Puerta del Sol. The Metro was so convenient to use as the stop/entrance was right by the hotel. Elevator access helped tremendously as we had large luggage. We had to haul with our bags some distance before reaching the hotel. We paid for a superior room but view was mediocre. We don't particularly like the open closed format, but considering all other pluses, it was not a big deal. Overall the experience was excellent. "
