"A fine hotel for short vacation with a dog! However, it’s old building for sure, you can tell with dark hallways and washroom condition. All staffs were amazing, super friendly and nice. Room is nice and cozy. "

"Perfect location, beautiful room with cute decor, fireplace, and a balcony. Lovely outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Great spa for facials in hotel. The only complaint I would have is the parking, which is such a tight space for larger vehicles (4Runner felt too big for the stalls). We had to park around the block which was fine. Overall it was an excellent experience! I would go back. "

"Stay was ok but could have been better. After checking in and unpacking everything seemed fine. We encountered an issue in the late evening. Contacted our contact with immediate response and he put us in a new unit. Moved at 930pm to a new unit. It was a hassle considering we had already unpacked and had to repack clothes and kitchen to move units. Appreciate we were moved into a different unit but was only offered an apology. "Property was very nice, as advertised. Electronic key didn’t work when we arrived (clock was off due to time change?) but rental agent arrived and provided a new code without us even having to call!"
