Well if you’re looking for a good night sleep, look elsewhere. Very noisy, very dated, tight parking stalls, limited but safe bike storage. Don’t park your bike there if you don’t wanted damaged or scratch.

While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries. The only thing that does not go well for this unit is also related to its location. At night - past 10pm, the surrounding restaurants/pubs continue to play loud music, and you can hear people chatter. If that was not the case, this would have been a 5 star for my group.

** DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE ** Listed as two bathrooms, only had one. Will happily share pictures and screen shots to prove this. Property had two disconnected TVs both missing power cords and cable accounts not set up by owner. Management refused to proved another room with working appliances, and tried to edit the listing after the fact to take away the "2 bathrooms" once they realized the screw up after I booked and paid for the room. NOT honest people, would NOT stay here again. Would NOT recommend this property due to crappy service, deliberately misleading listing, non-working appliances, and tried to cover it up after the fact with Expedia. Thank God I took screen shots of my reservation and the property before they tried to change the listing after I booked. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The check-in process was great and well explained. The unit was very good. Ideal location if you do not want to use your car. All access to store, grocery, restaurant and shopping were within easy access. It was a wonderful location.

Whistler getaway
The bear Lodge was wonderful. We found the place very nice. The a/c unit was wonderful for keeping the place cool. Our only concern is that the unit faces the night club and it gets quite noisy after closing especially Thursday - Saturday. It wasn't too bad but may be bothersome if you have young children. We found everyone we encountered to be kind, courteous, and professional. We would highly recommend staying here and it's central location Is perfect for the village.

This unit is located very central to everything. Whistler resort staff were amazing. The unit was nice, but is definitely starting to show some age. With being centrally located, the bedroom is over the Village Stroll and is subject to the noise associated with the bars closing. Parking is secure, although the space for this unit can be fairly tight. Small - Mia sized vehicles recommended.

The suite is comfortable and spacious, and the check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean. There were a few superficial flaws (paint scrapes, missing end caps on the towel rack), but these did not affect our enjoyment of the space. There is a decent sized kitchen where we were able to prepare meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, which is nice. A few more plates, glasses and utensils and cooking bowls would have been useful. Overall, it was good, and we would certainly stay there again.

The placement of the A/C unit in the bedroom blocks the blinds, giving no privacy for part of the room. The unit also prevents the window from shutting, which lets a lot of noise into the room from the nearby restaurants and club. Other than the A/C unit placement, the property was very comfortable and functional.

Very convenient place to stay but hard to find as name listed isn’t what the building is called. Cannot reach anyone to let know- Kettle is broken, shower base filled up with water, bedrm and living rm TVs we’re connected by one remote, light switch in bedrm controlled plug had no idea, pans need replacing, duvet needs a bleach really dirty. When we asked at front desk they said to contact Expedia they couldn’t help us. My husband fixed shower by plunging and unconnected remotes.
