"It’s the best location for eating, drinking, shopping and seeing the history of it all. It’s a boutique style hotel with an awesome rooftop bar and restaurant and view. We had a 24 hour delay back to the US due to weather and the hotel staff accommodated our every need from transportation to other things to do while we spent an extra day there, to include assistance with opening a few bottles of wine for us. "No one checks you in - self serve coming to the property and finding you key and room. Good communication from the hotel on codes to enter and instructions. Rooms on the 8th floor and sketchy elevator. We chose the stairs and it is not for the weak. Lovely stay overall"

"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "
