"What a gem! Tucked away in the back streets of Como. I can’t fault this place. Staff are amazing, each and every one of them. We were upgraded - however I think every room here is special. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again."
