"It's a very nice hotel. We had a room upgrade to a spacious king family room. Comfortable bed with tons of pillows!!! The staff was very friendly. Parking facilities were very convenient and safe. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with a little bit of everything. My only issue was that it the rooms and common areas are dated. Especially the bathroom needed a refurbishment. The sink and tub showed signs of being very old. Overall a short, but excellent stay. "

"This was a great location for our first visit to Como and Lake Como. Easy access to ferries to see other locations. the service was great. The balcony room gave us a great view to the lake and other surrounds. The room is very clean, roomy and the bed very comfortable.The buffet breakfast was of a high standard, with great service from the staff. The reception staff are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel in Malgrate, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a clean, spacious room with a balcony overlooking Lake Como. Safe and secure parking, good location to nearby eateries & easy walk to Lecco. There were some renovations going on while we stayed, but apart from that the property was immaculate! "

"This is a great hotel just about 15 minutes away from the shore & centre. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Reception and breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. But our favourite was the rooftop bar and pool with the excellent service from Gaetano! He is a very attentive gentleman who made us very welcome and guessed our needs we didn’t know we had. "

"We were in Milan for a day before heading to Como and the staff /reception were more then friendly and welcoming, one offered us to come watch the football game which was so nice. The room was lovely and clean, and I loved the decor, we did pay for breakfast but didn't feel like it in the morning however the restaurant looked amazing. It was just for me and my husband so it was perfect. The only frustrating thing which isn't the hotels fault, is the location, it was so hard to go to Milan central and back from there and would cost quite a lot in taxis, however you can get a bus and metro from there as well if you are staying longer than a night. What a beautiful country. "
