"Very nice Room was very warming Felt like home Hallways smelled really welcoming. Smelt like home idk how to put it. Warm vanilla Anyways parking was great Very welcoming definitely will come back. Decent price for amount of people. Only thing was the pool was down for maintenance. Upside was 1 min down the road at the other resort they had a pool and was allowed there due to maintenance. Sucks had to leave hotel to go do but better than not swimming at all. One reason I got this hotel. "

"Loved the cabin and location! Right on the river with beautiful views. Close to the ski resorts… we went to Sugar mountain (15 minute drive or so) very close to Boone and the amenities. Our dog loved it and enjoyed the multiple deer running nearby! The hot tub was great! We did stay during a weather event and it was nice to see the snowplows and brining trucks going right by. The roads were fine! Tough to see the debris from the hurricane… happy to bring back some life to the area!!! We did try to fish but no luck… ecosystem changes understood but we gave it a try anyway. I will say the cabin advertised a gas grill… the grill was present but the propane tank was not. The towels were sparse… 4 total for the 3 of us… we used the washer and dryer frequently… plenty of paper products for a 3 day trip. I did bring some but didn’t need them. Also brought laundry detergent which I used but didn’t need the dish detergent. All in all, we had a great time!"

"we were at this motel during a freezing cold snap in NoCarolina; it would have been nice to have a fireplace but the heat in the room was OK. the location of this motel is excellent with walking distance to town (in a warmer time of year). Coffee and fridge in the room were much appreciated"

"We had a great stay! The room was spotless and it smelled very nice. The towels were crisp white as well as the beds! They have a very nice complementary breakfast with your stay which we enjoyed."
