"Overall a very nice hotel in the city. My one complaint is that I pre- requested a room with 2 twin beds, as I was traveling with a friend. On arrival, I was given a room with one bed and was told they had no other available rooms to honor my original reservation "

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for things to do in the area to making sure that all of my needs were met."

"Stayed twice during a one week trip to Brazil. Before going to Rio de Janeiro and after. We’re very excited to come back. Clean large comfortable modern rooms, friendliest front desk staff, beautiful lobby, central location, walking distance to a lot of shopping, dining, close to bars with live music. Best hotel breakfast we experienced so far with authentic Lebanese restaurant inside. "
