"I really enjoyed my stay here. Upon arrival I was given a room upgrade which was really nice. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. My bed was comfortable plus I really love the plush pillows and bedding. The hotel lobby is beautiful with plenty areas to sit and relax. The breakfast was very good with alot of options to choose from. The staff was kind and courteous and very helpful given that I spoke English they were able to help assist me with anything I asked. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful – elegant decor, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. "It was a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly. Several local dining options really close by and some cool places in the local area. We used Uber and walking to get around the city (and Sao Paulo is HUGE), and we got Ubers super fast at this location. The location was really nice, and spring for the breakfast! It's worth it."
