"Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth it. Would chose to stay here on my next trip again. Oh and the room, the room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable big bed and an armchair. Room service did an excellent service. Thank you Tivoli. "

"Wow! Customer service 10 diamonds. The staff namely Danille was so welcoming and helpful omg. The hotel is stunning!!!! The breakfast room amazing lots of light and plants imagine a real honeycomb drizzling honey over fruits. Romance novel type stuff. I underestimated how cold the breakfast area was and the hotess a lovely warm and friendly young lady offered me a shawl. This was Customer service at a whole other level and weve stayed at the 4 seasons and ritz etc. The food was amazing we did the lounge package the welcome reception food is very good. The only downside to that was there is nothing from 11am to 530 just candy and soda. Our room was nice. The view blah. But this hotel is excellent. "

"This hotel has a nice location and has all needed services for a short trip. Be aware of the elevators because the card reading system is really weird."
