The lady who checked me in was very helpful, but on Saturday morning, when I tried to ask about local bus service for a trip, the gentleman did not attempt to help at all, stating i only know about the hotel. Breakfast had many choices and was tasteful, despite front desk issue, i would recommend."

"Overall the stay was what I expected. However, the heater wasn’t working in my igloo and while they were quick to attempt to resolve the issue it took hours for guest services to troubleshoot and remedy the situation. They ended up comping dinner and giving me another suite for the night but then woke me up multiple times the next morning to work while I attempted to sleep. Again, happy for the effort but no one wants to be woken up on their vacation. Positives: their aurora alarm will wake you...
