"Stayed in one of the treehouses for one night and took advantage of the spa. The novelty wears off once you realize you can’t control the temp of your room. "Incredible Hotel and service, the rooms were fantastic, and being so close to the look out was great - great sledging with the kids / food was brilliant at the restaurant and the access to Santa Park was ideal. Highly Recommend this place, we stayed in Santa Village for 2 nights and here for a further 2 - was without a doubt best part of the trip. "

"Swimming pool was freezing (too cold to be useable) and areas of the hotel were worn/in need of renovation. Main single beds in room were very comfortable, but sofa bed was awful and has left me with a very painful back. That said, staff were friendly, location was good and breakfast was good. "

"We had a great time at Nova Skyland Hotel. It was a 5 days trip (4 nights) family trip to Rovaniemi. We were not lucky to have a proper winter weather on the first two days and the hotel location, walking distance from Santa Claus Village, plus the option for staying at Nordic Cottage saved our trip. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning could be better, as we found some hair in the bathroom."
