"Amazng.....Accommodation Queen Igloos so comfy and cosy. Food delish, staff so friendly. Northern Lights snowmobile ride was such fun but cold, wear as many layers as you can, guides were great. Saw the northern lights from bed. Had only booked one nights as reviews were saying best to for staying in the Igloo but I'd stay longer, Igloos are spacious and u can control the heating. "

"Had a great time at this location, The hotel is in a good location. The room was spacious and clean. Asked the front desk about activities in the area. The lady who checked me in was very helpful, but on Saturday morning, when I tried to ask about local bus service for a trip, the gentleman did not attempt to help at all, stating i only know about the hotel. Breakfast had many choices and was tasteful, despite front desk issue, i would recommend."

"My daughter and I loved the hot tub outside our property (yes - we went into it in minus 17 deg C!). We also enjoyed an absolutely scrumptious meal when we first arrived - the hotel's food is devine. Great location for being close to everything, yet apart in nature. Brilliant trip and igloo!"

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!"

"This hotel was set in an out of way area in Rovaniemi. It was worth it to be surrounded by a lovely forest. The rooms each has a personal sauna which was the reason we chose the hotel. (The saunas in room for 2.) We were there to see the Northern Lights. The hotel has a viewing area on the roof. We only saw them one night due to snow but at this hotel, it was a wonderful vantage point. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with breakfast included. The one challenge is that the hotel does not have an elevator. We took heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Frankly I would do it again. The hotel was great. "
