The unit is smaller than it appears in the photos, and there is no access to the terrace that is seen in pics (at least from the small unit). "A lovely little studio space right on the street by a canal. (The door opens right onto the sidewalk if you’re not used to that) Awesome location for walking everywhere. Unless you’re used to the chaos of tiny roads with bikes, cars, and pedestrians going in every direction don’t even consider a car … The bathroom area is a tight space but great to have laundry. It is right on the street so if sleep is an issue bring a mask and ear plugs. Overall a good space for access to the city. "
