The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. "The property was roomy and immaculate. It was very comfortable with a large bed and living room. The kitchenette provided everything we needed for self catering if we wanted to eat in. Very easy to shop for food with a supermarket close by and easy access to public transport and all the sights of interest with canals on the doorstep. Our host was very helpful and greeted us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this fabulous apartment. "

"We had a great stay at the Amsterdam Bob W. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, using the great WhatsApp messaging service. We requested refills of the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and the housekeeping was excellent in getting them to us. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the mattress is very firm. The studio is perfectly equipped and minimalistic. "
