"checkin was supposed to be 2pm, but it was 2 hours late due to room was not clean. there was no water for 10 hours, not even to flush the toilets. These apartments owners/staff, treat tourists very badly. They will make very hard to get the door key to the apartment, and keep you wait out side standing for hours without any reason. skip this apartment if you want to enjoy your trip."

"The notification for entering the room was initially set to 24 hours in advance, but it was later changed to 12 hours before, and finally to after 2 PM. "The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

"I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. "I was assigned an apartment not as same as whats on the photos. There wasn't a wet playground as shown on the photos. All the children were disappointed. Apartment did not have wifi and since no wifi the tv box could not work. TV was just for display. No kitchen cleaning supplies provided for cookware & utensils."

"Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. "This was hotel was amazing, it felt like our own condo but hotel feel. It had everything we needed for our family to be comfortable. It was so clean and the amenities were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The security was top notch, we even made a good friend with one of them. Highly recommended!!"

"We had a great stay here. The hotel is newly built and modern. Excellent and friendly staffs. They were very helpful in recommending local foods for us. The included breakfast was great, featuring local foods and Western items. The selection was not numerous because the breakfast area was small. The negative would be the small room size. The small room size best accommodates one person, and 2 people was a little tight. I do recommend this hotel if you don't mind the small rooms. The location is perfect for the local attractions. Just 1 block from the the night market and 2 blocks from the river dock. "
