"The dinner at the on site restaurant was very good. We are outside and the back dining area was very pretty. Wear close to shoes due to sand flies which can be a problem all over New Zealand. Our room was very spacious and clean."

As it was warm we ate ourside at the restaurant, we chose to eat in the hotel because its prices were competitive with what was on offer in town. The food was lovely, well cooked and well presented. "We loved our stay here, and being frequent travellers we have experienced good and bad. The Manager was exceptional and couldnt do enough to help us as we had a large trailer. Staff were very pleasant, great location with only a short walk to restaurants and pools. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We'll be back again for sure"
