"Wonderful apartments, great location with parking and all other facilities. Very clean. Only thing I would say is that I booked the pay at property option and around a week before we were due to stay I was contacted by the property for payment? Not sure why this happened and took a little digging to make sure we weren’t being scammed, had to pay otherwise it would have been cancelled"

"Just a lovely place to stay. My only complaint was that the food menu was very limited, especially since I didn’t want a 6 course meal. Options were limited and cobbled together 2 appetizers as a meal. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience. "

"Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape...
