"Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely...

"We had s great time in Vichy, we were there for the triathlon. The apartment was perfect for us, very spacious and comfortable. Staff were really friendly. Would stay there again if we went back"
