"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"If you are looking for a haven of peace and tranquillity then this is surely it. The house was wonderfully cool in the very hot weather that we had, beautifully clean and utterly charming. The village had some great bars and restaurants, an excellent bakery and seriously good hairdresser. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, and Cheval Blanc is very central to get to most places. "This is more a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. I arrived late at night. Street was dark. Old building means no elevators. That’s an issue if you have limited mobility. My room was on the top floor (4 flights). Room was small but comfortable enough. Could hear the room below and the door had no keyhole to look out if someone were to knock on the door. Breakfast was great though and the staff were lovely. Fine for a one night stay but limited amenities and facilities would prevent me...
