"Mateo was excellent in communicating with me before coming over because I was going to be late. Siriana and Maria Laura were all so helpful during my whole stay and made my stay very pleasant throughout the 5 days I stayed at Bastione Spasimo, I would only suggest that the cleaning staff would clean the bathroom floor every day."

"The room itself was beautiful and very clean with an amazing shower and great air conditioning. The problem was that it was extremely loud at night. We requested a quiet room not facing the street but were put in a room where you could hear partying all night long on the streets. Room 3 also has a door that used to open to the main hallway where all guests come through. Loud guests woke us up at 7 am because the walls are very thin. "We really enjoyed our stay. The host Rosi is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is full of history and characters. Our room is at the lower ground floor which has its own entrance. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room is prefect. The location is very central and close to every attraction. "Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "
