"Overall great hotel - If you're like us and are happy to walk everywhere around a city break, it's in a perfect location with great restaurants and shopping in the area (public transport is right there as well). Staff were very polite, professional and spoke excellent English. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious and nicely decorated and also had everything we needed. The hotel lobby / bar toilets are not very well located as walking past them on two seperate days they had a bad smell...

"Very good location, staff friendly. Rooms are really small, along with bathroom but was fine for a place to sleep and store bags when out in city for the day. We asked for room cleaning everyday but they forgot on the first day, claiming we didnt ask for this. "
