"We were very delighted to see a very friendly receptionist Jonas at the check in and when we were leaving the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful at the check in process. Our bathroom was quiet outdated, therefore it would be great if that can be refurbished in the nearest future for the comfort of the guests, however room was clean. Great location for Tivoli and train station, just a few min walk."
