If you don’t mind showering in mold it’s great. It’s a good location and convenient. The stairs to the rooms are very steep and there is no lift For a short city break it was fine

Loved the location, very central and easy to walk around with cafes and stores nearby. When we walked in the room smelled of cigarettes which took hours and leaving the window open in the middle of January to get the smell somewhat out. I tried contacting through the AeroGuest app but nobody ever responded to my messages and there was never anyone at reception to talk to about this. Apart from that the stay was great.

Clear communication for check in, room was nice and clean, shower had hot water, but unsure why we received partial deposit back. The heater was also not very strong and sounded like loud gurgling water

On arrival the room was very basic. TV did not work. No mention of not having a lift. Stairs are uneven and not level. Beds old and dirty. No mattress protectors on the beds. Shower in the bathroom which was tiny. As a room to stay it was adequate for the money but it was to sleep in only. This was a room not a hotel to be used as a base. On checkout, the app would not work. Tried calling the help number but no answer.

It did the job, but could have been better. The location was quite good for my needs - probably the best thing about this hotel. There were no staff anywhere to be found for my entire stay. I knew there would be no lift at this hotel, but the stairs are very steep and narrow. The room itself was OK, but some of the snacks in the snack tray (kind of like a minibar) were a few months out of date. I can see how some people might assume the snacks and drinks are complimentary - they are NOT, but there is nothing in the room itself to inform you of the costs. The carpets were fraying a bit, the faux leather on the bed base was ripped in one spot and the bedsheet was not big enough for the size of the mattress. Despite this, I had a comfortable sleep. I was on the top floor, so it was pretty quiet, but there is a club right opposite the entrance and it was very noisy until about midnight from that. Lots of churches in the area, so be prepared for the bells to wake you at 8am. You need to register in an app to get your electronic "room key" and a 500DKK refundable deposit is taken. This hotel took the deposit on my card twice and have only refunded one! There is no one to contact about this and all emails and messages keep being ignored!

Ingen öppen reception, allt digitalt och det var krångligt. Trapporna är smala och väldigt branta, dessutom ett högt steg in i korridoren. Luktade unket i rummet. Dessutom reserverar de 500 danska kronor som man inte får tillbaka förrän en vecka senare. Vi fotograferade både snacks och kylskåp (som var varmt) innan vi åkte hemåt. Bra för ungdomar men för vi lite äldre så var det enbart läget som var positivt.
