"We found the location to be in easy walking distance of all major. Whilst quite grand in appearance from the photos the interior is actually a little dated and although there was a lift to our floor we still had a number of steep stairs to negotiate with large suitcases. It was difficult to locate anyone for the front desk even at the times stated as "staffed". Verona is delightful"

"My wife and I had an amazing stay in this aparthotel. It’s located right in the centre of Verona town and very accessible to get anywhere. The rooms were very spacious and clean and we were looked after as soon as we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed even coming in early to make sure our cab arrived to collect us on our last day. Highly recommended and we will be back! "
