"It was a beautiful location, and very easily accessible to the city, HOWEVER, if you have to drive like us it was a nightmare. You have to pay to park on the street. The price wasn’t even a daily price it was in increments of 12 hours. Make sure you are there before the 12th hour because they will ticket you. Also the building was freezing and you are unable to control the temperature, but the space heaters that were provided helped. The owner was very attentive to our concerns and responded...

"I can’t really fault this property. It covered all expectations. If anyone can’t walk up the 5 flights of stairs they can’t handle the hassle and bussle of a very busy New York City. "

"Listing did not mention that other people live at the property (above the apartment). They had children running around at all hours of the day/night throughout our stay and we could hear them very clearly. Parking was an issue, the driveway shown in the pictures is not the spot you get to park in. You get to park in a vacant lot one house down. The game room is accessible to both the unit you are renting and the people who live above you, so some of our party who planned to sleep down there...

"We loved this apartment. It was a little bit of a walk from the main road (Hudson after getting off the path train), but very doable. Area is very walkable. Bed was very comfortable,But pullout was not. Loved that we could do a load of laundry before heading home. "
