"Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. Concierge was helpful to make dinner reservations at high quality restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay. "

"Had a fabulous short stay here. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information on the local area. Staff were always pleasant and polite. Lovely breakfast. We also had an early check out but they still made us a great cuppa before going and gave us some take away bags for us to fill with pastries for our journey. Very convenient location for visiting all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station. Would definitely recommend!! "
