Nice maintained hotel with a prime location, close to main attractions, our room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. Definitely I recommend this hotel.

Excellent! Beautifully decorated and clean. Spacious room, w bidet and shower. Breakfast buffet was above average and included some gluten free offerings. Coffee service at table was a plus! Front desk was not welcoming, bell man was super helpful. Breakfast was just ok. Breakfast help were very nice. Great location! Older style hotel, but very clean and excellent location.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, excellent location right next to the Arena and a few minutes walk to all the major sights. The room was a bit warm and leaving the window open meant you got the noise from outside. Minor inconvenience.

Perfect location. Staff are lovely and friendly. The room was was spacious for the two of us and l loved the classic decor. We had a drink at happy hour in the little bar onsite and used the garden courtyard it was lovely. Easy walk to main sight seeing. Would stay again

Wait for the new ownership (won't be long)
This hotel feels like it once was grand, and like the last person to care about it must have passed away in the 70s. The basis is good, the hotel is well placed, but everything recent is done on the cheap, and it shows. I guess the front of house person I came across is of the owner's family (else he'd have been long sacked for being so unpleasant). Rest of the staff is nice and helpful.

Hotel ideally situated, very clean, staff very pleasant would stay there again. Breakfast times lengthy so no rush. Only down side, no tea making facility for those who need their first cuppa.
