"The hotel is in such a perfect location right by the water, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff is friendly and knows English well enough to communicate with guests. We had an issue with the mini split breaking on us, but the hotel staff sent someone to work on it and ultimately ended up moving our room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family looking to stay in Veracruz."

"Absolutely recommend this hotel on the beach yet near the city of Veracruz. Rooms all have a Gulf of Mexico view, bed is big and comfortable and the light in the room is magnificent. There is a pool with bar and the beach is walkable. Parking is free."

"The property was very dirty. There was a leak in the bathroom and no hot water. There was no soap in the bathroom. The floors, the toilet, and the shower were messy. Also, the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs just to the second floor but it is a tall building not sure if it has 6 or seven floors. The hotel is in a great location but not worth it for the high price. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the kids' park and a nice beach. Buses run by to take you downtown and towards Boca del Rio where the nice malls are, which is a bonus. I just wish the owners would really take a moment to update it, install better windows to block the outside noise as this hotel is on a main road. The resto downstairs is a nice healthy choice but expensive ... Please paint, change the old worn out towels and ask your staff to clean better ... I had to ask to have...
