"Like the fact that there was always a guard at the door making sure random people didnt enter the hotel. Didnt give enough options to get cash from atm. Atm was down 3/7 days i stayed and was not compatible with my visa card."

"Genuinely loved the hotel and the location. It is directly in front of the main central plaza Zocalo. The rooms are a bit outdated but it’s fine because it is literally a 200 year old hotel. The staff is very accommodating and kind. The lobby is always air conditioned and clean. The cleaning staff is quick and restock everything welll. It is definitely a go back hotel. "

"El check in fue muy lento, tuve que esperar 20 minutos porque entregaron mi habitación a alguien mas. También me llamó la atención que no te dan 2 llaves para la habitación, aunque la pidas. Eso no fue practico. Lo demás estuvo bien. "
