"Absolutely recommend this hotel on the beach yet near the city of Veracruz. Rooms all have a Gulf of Mexico view, bed is big and comfortable and the light in the room is magnificent. There is a pool with bar and the beach is walkable. Parking is free."

"The hotel is in such a perfect location right by the water, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff is friendly and knows English well enough to communicate with guests. We had an issue with the mini split breaking on us, but the hotel staff sent someone to work on it and ultimately ended up moving our room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family looking to stay in Veracruz."

"The rooms were dirty and smelly. I won't come back here. The only good thing about this place is the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. "El Hotel Rivoli fue una grata sorpresa en nuestro viaje a Veracruz. Está al inicio de la zona de Boca del Río y a sólo 2 cuadras del malecón (OJO. si quieres ver el mar desde tu habitación tienes que solicitar una habitación en los pisos superiores). La zona es tranquila y bonita, puedes caminar a restaurantes y cafés o bien salir a caminar por el malecón con una bonita vista del puerto y del mar."
