"It was a very good pre-cruise hotel. All the staff was very friendly the rooms were very comfortable."

"Staff and the service received was excellent. Here for one night before a cruise. Is no frills but all I needed was a shower and a bed. Very close to Horizon and City cruise terminal (I walked it in 8 minutes to Horizon) and a 7 minutes walk from the railway station and bus station. Also close to all shopping and restaurants. "

"Overall we had an excellent stay, fantastic location centra to outlet, dock yards, restaurants, Spinnaker tower and the ferry to IOW. On the first night we when we got to the room we noticed some dry paint shavings that had fallen from the ceiling to the floor, staff were happy to love us to another room and apologised. Wayne in particular was extremely helpful and friendly as were the other front of house and manager. Car parking was in gunwharf quays. For breakfast you’re allowed to take away food in brown bags or while paper boxes which was helpful. The rooms are standard with a clean kettle and bed but we loved our stay. Would recommend. "

Included in the van: Washing machine Dishwasher (couple of tablets provided) Wine cooler Gas hob (seperate) Gas oven Built in "glowing" fire Full central heating Unfortunately no WiFi We will be booking again"

"Great hotel, and great staff. Rooms are clean, but they do need a hook in the bathroom for the towel when you come out the shower. Only minor, but it would be good. :) "
