The only mark down on cleanliness was for the pool and changing areas, it was a nice pool but there wasn't really anywhere to change and leave stuff, and the general changing area/ toilets could've done with more regular cleaning. The caravan and everywhere else was very clean though, we had a lovely stay and would return."

The check-in process was flawless starting with the email to pre check-in and concluding with our early arrival at the front desk where the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently which was appreciated since we had just flown in from Canada and were very tired. The rooms were clean, efficient and as described - closer to a dormitory room than a high end traditional hotel room - which was fine as we were only there for the one night prior to getting on to a cruise. The hotel is easily reached from the Southampton Central station, the cruise port and the Old Town. "
