But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. When we checked in the package was in their mailbox and the lady at the front desk (aka the owner) said, “oh yea, I didn’t check the mailbox, it’s just easier to tell people that we don’t accept packages or didn’t get them.” That cost us an extra $4k on our trip.
